Keto Pumpkin Chili
- 2 lbs grass fed ground beef
- 1 red onion.
- 1 green bell pepper.
- 32oz of beef bone broth.
- 1 small can tomato paste.
- 2 – 14.5oz cans of diced tomatoes in tomato juice.
- 1 – 15oz can 100% pumpkin.
- 2 tbsp pumpkin pie spice.
- 3 tbsp chili powder.
- 2 tsp cayenne pepper.
- 3 tsp cumin.
- Start off by browning the meat in a large pot over medium-low heat. Strain and then put back in the pot.
- Dice the onion and pepper, then add into the pot with the meat, cooking until the onions become translucent (3-5 minutes).
- Add in the rest of the ingredients and let simmer on low for 30 minutes.
- Taste your chili, adjust seasonings as you like and cook for another 30 minutes.
- Serve and enjoy!
